PART ONE: Audio Production Basics
Professor Werden will go over the basics of Audio Production: key terms, essential tools, and how to navigate software. The purpose of this session will be to sift through all the information out there -- and there's a lot! -- and boil it down to what you really need to get started with audio production.
Matt Werden is a graduate of Berklee College of Music, and former Chief Engineer at the legendary LoHo Studios. Alongside Zarah Cabañas, he is the co-founder of Space Acres, a creative cultural sanctuary in the Catskill forests of New York established in 2012 as a creative label and studio for projects involving music performance, music production, comedy, video art and more.
