Children’s Garden Class - Seed Starting In-Person
What better way to celebrate Earth Day than with an interactive sprouting session. In this class, students will learn what it takes to make a seed germinate and will handle various kinds of seeds to compare sizes, shapes and textures. Indoor and outdoor sowing will be discussed as well as how to know when to sow each kind of seed. We'll learn how plants develop and the best ways to get our garden started.
Beginners and more experienced junior gardeners are welcome. This class works best with children 8+ and their adult.
